'Clown Flower' - Original painting on paper
The clown flower showed up in my garden one day. I knew it was a clown because I never planted anything that looked like it, and then it was there, growing in the dirt right next to the other plants I did plant. I said hello to it, it winked at me. I don’t know if you’ve ever had a flower wink at you, but I can tell you it happens. It was a friendly wink, not weird. Except maybe it was kind of weird that a flower winked at me.
If you pay attention, you can see the clown flower juggling, and dancing in the wind. I’m not sure, but I think there are others, and they are on their way.
